Important
: do not return any products without a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the outside of the box. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact support@secristdolls.com or call us at 1-989-835-9388. 
Return Policy
Contact Secrist customer service at
support@secristdolls.com or call 989-835-9388 within 15 days of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit. Refunds can only be made for items that are in the original unopened package. Items that have been used, or are soiled cannot be returned.  Products ordered from a Secrist dealer should be returned to the Secrist dealer unless it is defective from the factory. Products that have been damaged or misused by the customer are not eligible for replacement, although please contact customer service as you may qualify for a discount on the purchase of a replacement product within 60 days of the original purchase.
 
If you would like to return a new, unopened, and unused product that is more than 15 days from receipt (but not more than 30 days) there is a 15% restocking fee. Sorry, products that are no longer sold by Secrist are not eligible for return.  
 
Return Shipping Policy
Returns must be authorized by the Secrist customer service representative who will issue you a “Return Authorization Number”. Any products returned without this RA number will not be eligible for store credit for the shipping cost.  Secrist store credits can be used on any Secrist owned website. Return shipping credit is only available for items deemed by Secrist to be defective. All other returns do not qualify for store credit. The shipping amount to be credited must be displayed on the outside of the package as stamped/printed by the shipping company and only the exact shipping amount displayed will be given as store credit.  Returns such as accidentally ordering the wrong product, exchange for another product, or other non-defect related returns are not eligible for a shipping credit. All products must be received at the factory before the replacement product will be sent.  The customer is responsible for return shipping and replacement item shipping for all items that do not qualify as a defective or are beyond the 15-day return privilege. 

Credits & Exchanges
Only returns of approved items are eligible for store credit or exchange. Exchanges for items other than what was ordered originally must be done within 15 days of receipt of the order. After the 15-day period eligible exchanges are only available for identical items. Customers who prefer store credit must contact customer service within 15 days of receipt of the product. After the 15 day window all returns and credits are handled on a case by case basis.
Due to copyright protections all printed and video educational products such as DVDs, STTs and PTGs are not returnable. If defective they may be exchange only for the exact same item within 15 days of receipt of the order.
