Dear Friends,

We are pleased and excited to inform you that Secrist Toys, Inc has entered into a formal purchase letter of intent with a prospective buyer.  The plan is for a new company to purchase the entirety of our business and to continue to support you with premium dolls and doll making supplies.  This transition will be a two-to-three month process, but we will strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible during this period.  We apologize for any delays in filling orders, and we are working diligently to keep the website as up-to-date as possible.  We will keep you posted as new information becomes available throughout this process.
